A framework specific to public services.

Civil Security publishes the circular of 17 July 2026 on the use of UAS by police and emergency services. It replaces the circular of 8 April 2022 and refers to the State aeronautical register and operating documents.

DroneLog organises the data relevant to these records. Training, the operations manual, risk assessment, authorisations and management decisions remain separate procedures.

Are public-sector obligations applied to private businesses?

No. The prototype distinguishes the two frameworks. Public categories, quarterly tracking and the IBZ register are not presented as general obligations for private operators.

Can DroneLog replace the operations manual?

No. The software retains information and produces tracking records. It does not replace the manual, risk assessment, training or the necessary authorisations.

Can we test our emergency service or police unit’s workflow?

Yes, during the pilot phase by invitation. The demonstration allows you to review your organisation, categories, aircraft and required documents with the team.
